Step One: Strategy

When first starting out, we’ll kick things off with a strategy call. This is where we find out about your business, goals, customers, brand, and you. These calls are relaxing, information gathering chats.

After the strategy call, we will build a site outline to help us plan out your user experience and site content. We’ll also put together a style guide to make sure we have your brand colors and aesthetic nailed down.

Step Two: Content

Once we put together a strategy and a clear direction for your brand, we’ll move onto gathering content. We try our best to make this as simple as possible, and we will provide guidance and assistance as needed.

In many cases, with our approach, gathering content for your website can actually be enjoyable! We will help you get organized, come up with ideas, and share your story in a powerful way.

Step Three: Design

This is when we put all the pieces together and create an attractive, results-focused website for you. The strategy we discussed and your content will join together into a website that reflects your business and connects with your ideal customer.

By the time we reach the end of this step, you’ll be able to test out a fully functional demo website that you can review and use to share your feedback with us.

Step Four: Inspect & Adapt

After we get your feedback on the demo website, we’ll take it and make changes and continue to adapt it until it’s the site you hoped it would be!

This is also the step where we work out all the little kinks and prepare for the site launch. We will also test the design on a variety of devices and web browsers so it looks great anywhere. 

Step Five: Launch

We’ll handle the process of launching your site for you so you don’t have to be concerned about any of the techie stuff. The only thing left to do is let the world know about your new site!

After Launch Support

Once the site has been published we can show you or a staff member how to make updates to the site.

Yes! Your new site will be built as a demo website that you’ll be able to test out and give feedback on before it goes live to the public. When the time comes to make the switch from demo site to active site the downtime should be minimal – usually only a few hours.

Once you have a site up and running, we offer additional, optional services to help drive traffic to your site.
